Why it fits
Most crowns are made in a lab you never see. Ours is down the hall. The same team scans your teeth, designs and mills the restoration, finishes it by hand, and is in the room when it's fitted.
01 Scan
It starts with light, not putty.
A digital scanner maps every surface of your teeth in minutes. No impression trays, no gagging, no courier to a lab across town. The model is on our screen before you leave the chair.
02 Design
Designed in-house, tooth by tooth.
Our technicians shape your restoration on screen, matching the contours, contacts and bite of your natural teeth. You can see it, and change it, before anything is made.
03 Mill
Cut from a single disc of zirconia.
The design is milled from solid zirconia ceramic, then sintered at over a thousand degrees. The result has the strength to last for years and the translucency to disappear among your own teeth.
04 Finish
Then it meets a human hand.
Every crown and bridge is contoured, stained and polished by hand under magnification. Texture, gloss and shade are tuned to your neighbouring teeth, so the restoration looks like it grew there.
05 Seat
From scan to seat, under one roof.
Because the lab is steps from the chair, adjustments take minutes instead of weeks. Your dentist and your technician work side by side, and you leave with a smile that fits the first time.

A titanium implant replaces the missing root. The crown that sits on it is designed and milled here, so the two are made to fit each other.
